Fee Policy
The parents/guardians are responsible for paying the school fee regularly. We follow specific policies to collect the fees. The parents must know the rules, accept them, and sign the given papers.
- Admission and other fees are not refundable in any circumstances.
- Parents will pay off the tuition fee following the payment schedule given below.
- Parents are encouraged to pay the monthly tuition fee between the 25th of the previous month and the 7th of the current month.
- A notification will be issued via e-mail/SMS/letter to the guardian if the fee is not paid within the 7th. A designated charge will be added for this service.
- Payments made after the 7th of each month will be considered irregular.
- If any parents fail to pay the fees for two consecutive months or are irregular, the school reserves the right to withhold marks from coursework including Monthly Tests and Class Tests, or deny admission.
- No fees will be waived for school vacation, online classes, or if a student remains absent for personal reasons.
- No phone calls will be made from the office for collection of fees.
School Dress Code
The Prophet (SAW) advised us to keep clean, presentable, well-groomed, and modestly dressed. This is a part of our Islamic etiquettes. Therefore, it is very important that we maintain these values in our students from the beginning.
– While at school campus, students are required to wear the school uniform.
– Girls are not allowed to wear makeup or jewelry, except small earrings.
– Hijab & burkha are must.
– Boys must wear pajama, punjabi & cap.
